We have discovered some operational problems which affect some of our services.

The problem is leap year related, we corrected the majority of the problem at 06:30 GMT+1 although reversal transactions cannot be performed.Merchants are recommended to either use refund or give the customer cash refund. eCommerce customer and customers using other processors than Nets are not affected.
We will return with updates and more information as soon as the problems are solved and the services are operational again.
